Attendants

The attendants employed by Homemaker Service work to provide the highest quality of care to every consumer and patient. Homemaker Service carefully recruits and trains its employees, placing emphasis on skills and extensive training.

Prior to employment, every attendant must undergo more than 100 hours of training. Training is designed to provide competent and caring employees.

Skilled Care Nursing

If the need arises, our nurses and therapists are available to assist you and your physician. Homemaker Service is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

We offer skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social services and home health aide services. These services are provided as ordered by the patient’s physician. The specific care services provided are set forth in a plan of care developed by the patient’s physician, in collaboration with our professional staff.

Our agency meets the standards of quality care established by two separate and independent national accrediting organizations.
